Our Firm is keen to apply our own special criteria prior to the distribution of
the estate which are: sorting wills and endowments from the legacy prior to
distribution, mortgaged real estates, legacy debts etc., repayment of legacy
assets, debts, evaluation of the estate elements by specialists, distribution of
legacy assets between the beneficiaries by means of agreement or through
the court; transfer of ownership of the shares sorted to the beneficiaries
in addition to company liquidation, settlement of legal status, and asset
evaluation and distribution.
