Our firm Watheq submits bankruptcy applications from the debtor or the creditor, in all its divisions, namely:

Protective Settlement: A procedure aimed at facilitating the debtor’s reaching an agreement with its creditors to settle its debts, in which the debtor retains the management of its activity.

Financial Restructuring: A procedure aimed at facilitating the debtor’s reaching an agreement with its creditors on the financial restructuring procedures of its activity under the supervision of the Financial Reorganization Trustee.

Liquidation: A procedure aimed at counting the creditors’ claims, selling the bankruptcy assets, and distributing its proceeds to the creditors under the management of the liquidation trustee.
Protective Settlement for Small Debtors: A procedure aimed at enabling the small debtor to reach an agreement with its creditors to settle its debts within a reasonable period through easy procedures at low cost and high efficiency, while the debtor retains the management of its activity.

Small Debtors’ Financial Restructuring: A procedure aimed at facilitating the small debtor’s reaching an agreement with its creditors for easily financial restructuring procedure of its activity within a reasonable period at low cost and high efficiency, under the supervision of the trustee.

Small Debtors Liquidation: A procedure aimed at selling the assets of the bankruptcy and distributing its proceeds to the creditors within a reasonable period through simple procedures at low cost and high efficiency, under the management of the trustee.

Administrative Liquidation: A procedure aimed at selling bankruptcy assets whose sale is not expected to result in proceeds sufficient to meet the expenses of the liquidation procedure or the Small Debtors Liquidation Procedure under the management of the Bankruptcy Commission.


Watheq will follow up on the above requests, attend the necessary judicial sessions, and plead within all the legal procedures specified by the Bankruptcy Law and its executive regulations and all documents
related to bankruptcy.
